Zaralima delivers purchases to Europe. On workdays (Monday through Friday), all items will be shipped within 24 hours after purchase. Purchases made on weekends, will be shipped the following Monday. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, due to Zaralima’s delayed shipping, you have the right to demand a full refund. However if your order has not been delivered within 30 days, due to third-party circumstances, we do not offer refunds. This is out of our hands.

The price of our products is quoted on the site in EUR (€) and includes VAT. Prices exclude delivery costs, which are added to the total cost of the order during the order process.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, Maestro and PayPal.
We can only accept payment in Euros. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
Unless specific warranties are expressly given when you purchase products from our site, we do not give any warranties or guarantees above those implied by applicable law (these include, for example, that the products are of satisfactory quality). We remain responsible, however, for supplying products that conform to the contract.
Promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. If you have more than one promotional code, it is up to you to use the promotional code that has the biggest benefit to you.
We are committed to making your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 14 days from purchase for a full refund. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Costs of reshipment are not refunded by Zaralima.
Following conditions have to be met:
Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase
Packaging must include all original items, notes, manuals etc.
Clothing must be unworn and unwashed
No makeup, perfume or other stains

I entered the wrong address at check out
Please contact us immediately after noticing. Write down “Wrong Address” in the subject box of our contact form. However, if your package has already been sent out before we receive your email, it most likely won’t reach you. The package will then be sent back to us. Once we have received your correct address, we will send it your way. You will be liable for reshipment costs.
I would like to return an item I bought with a promotion code or on sale
We do not offer returns on sale items. Please choose carefully and double check everything.

We want to give our customers the best shopping experience possible, therefor we have chosen a very specific shipping system. There is no fixed rate for all orders but a variable rate, depending on what you buy. By doing this, we enable you to pay the cheapest shipping cost possible.

These prices exclude online tracking. If you’d like to track your package, please select the highest shipping cost provided at checkout (€33.00). If you do not select the option, we cannot be held responsible in case of lost packages.

We work as quick as we can. Please note that delays are possible if you order during holidays. We ship Monday thru Friday but how long it takes for it to arrive depends on where it is shipped to. For Belgium, it takes 1-3 working days and for the EU, 5-10 working days. Rest of the world 16-28 working days. Please note that Zaralima is not held responsible for any additional custom charges.
Shipping methods and pricing for delivery at nearest UPS Access Point
In some cases, it’s cheaper to deliver packages to a UPS Access Point instead of delivery at home. If you select this option at checkout, you pay €7,50, flat rate. Here’s how it works: we receive your order, pack the items and activate a shipping/tracking number via the UPS website. Based on the address you provide during checkout, we select your nearest UPS Access Point. We then deliver the package to our nearest access point, have it scanned by the people who work there and from that point on, it is out of our hands. Your package is now in hands of UPS. They will deliver it to the location we have chosen. They will send you a text message or email to let you know when the package has been delivered.
Zaralima can not be held responsible for any mistakes made my UPS (delayed shipping, shipping to any location other than the one we have chosen, not sending out a message of delivery).
