Return Policy
We are committed to making your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 14 days from purchase for a full refund. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Costs of reshipment are not refunded by Zaralima.

Following conditions have to be met:
Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase
Packaging must include all original items, notes, manuals etc.
Clothing must be unworn and unwashed
No makeup, perfume or other stains

My purchased items are damaged
In order for us to sort out this issue, please contact hello@zaralima.com.

I entered the wrong address at check out
Please contact us immediately after noticing. Write down “Wrong Address” in the subject box of our contact form. However, if your package has already been sent out before we receive your email, it most likely won’t reach you. The package will then be sent back to us. Once we have received your correct address, we will send it your way. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

I would like to return an item I bought with a promotion code or on sale
We do not offer returns on sale items. Please choose carefully and double check everything.
